Program Description
Registration Deadline: Monday, March 23, 2026
When expectations shift, timelines compress, and stakes rise, the difference between progress and paralysis comes down to one thing: how people respond under pressure.
Grit is the ability to stay focused, steady, and effective when challenges emerge. It shapes how individuals navigate stress, conflict, and uncertainty. Resilience is the capacity to recover, recalibrate, and move forward so pressure does not become a breaking point.
Together, grit and resilience change how teams experience adversity. Instead of reacting defensively or disengaging, teams learn to approach challenges with clarity and confidence. Momentum is maintained while individuals support one another through demanding moments.
This full-day workshop is designed to accomplish two aims:
Increase individual resilience in the face of uncertainty, conflict, and change so team members treat setbacks as challenges and work together to reach collective goals.
Build team efficiencies by recognizing each person’s strengths, relying on each other, and knowing when to step in and support their colleagues.
This highly interactive session combines guided discussion, real-world scenarios, video examples, and team challenges to help participants:
Regain a sense of control during high-stress situations
Develop mental toughness without burnout
Communicate more effectively under pressure
Adapt quickly to changing demands
Participants leave with clear tools, renewed confidence, and a stronger commitment to collective success.
